Operations Planning & Control

From our decades of first hand experience of managing multinational operations we know that the skill set required by an Operations Manager/Director is a broad one! Excellent people and communication skills are essential whilst being extremely numerate is a given. In addition a solid working knowledge of areas such as Health and Safety legislation, Quality Systems, Project Management, Scheduling, Capacity Management and Engineering/Maintenance is also advantageous. In short, the ability to spin lots of plates and prioritise the issues as they arise key.

We at Ascertain can provide detailed, practical advice across all of the areas listed above.
